The beachfront apartment in Martinsicuro is located directly on the beach, along the seafront promenade, in a strategic position between San Benedetto del Tronto and Alba Adriatica, just a few steps from shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, ATMs, and numerous typical Abruzzo restaurants. Between the sea and the apartment runs the Adriatic Cycle Route, ideal for walks or bike rides, while the location allows easy visits to the beautiful beaches and villages of the Abruzzo and Marche regions.

The apartment, on the first floor, consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, table and chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a large furnished terrace with table and chairs, perfect for lunch or dinner with sea view. A washing machine, sink, iron, and ironing board are also available.

All rooms are air-conditioned, there are three TVs and a Nespresso coffee machine. A private parking space (No. 6) completes the property, while every room offers a splendid sea view. The maximum capacity of the apartment is six guests.
